For all 1st time customers and returning customers, in order for you to enjoy the discount (Please refer to FAQ for discount & Reward Points Program), DO NOT click on Paypal payment button after you submit your order. We will sent you a separate Paypal Payment Request email to you with the discounted order amount. Once you receive the email, please check the discount amount before you proceed to make payment. We will reserve the items for you and prepare for delivery as soon as possible after we receive your payment.
Before shipping your order, we need 3-5 days to prepare your product, to do quality-control tests and carefully pack the items. So the processing time is separate from the delivery time. Thank you for understanding.
We accept payment via Paypal only for all buyers. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment to us. Just fill up your credit card information and submit the payment in the Paypal website. If you would like to sign up a Paypal account, you may choose to sign up for easy future purchase.
If you have a Paypal account, please leave your Paypal email address in the message box before you submit the order. We will send a separate Paypal Payment Request email to your emaill address with the final order amount after discount.
No. We do not accept cancellation of order/refund once payment is received.
Just select the items you would like to buy, click on "Add to cart". You can continue to shop with us or select to Checkout your shopping cart. Fill in your shipping details after checkout from shopping cart, click on "Submit Order" to ensure that your order is submitted to us. Then, you may proceed to make payment via Paypal.
Please ensure that your shipping information and email are correctly provided to us. If otherwise, we will not be held responsible if the goods cannot be delivered to you.
We accept payment via Paypal only. We do not see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Paypal is always a safe and secure way for onlline purchase.
No exchange of items after payment made.
Once you proceed to check out with your order and fill up your delivery address, the shopping cart will show the total shipping cost based on the total weight of the items you have selected to purchase and the destination country. You can see the shipping cost before you proceed to make payment to us.
For most of the courier company, shipping cost is not only based on the package weight, but also the size. Sometimes, there could be additional charge after we pack and weight your parcel. So package weight and the system calculation is only for reference. We reserve the right to request for additional shipping cost if the courier company requests for it for very big, heavy parcels.
We ship worldwide but we are unable to put in the shipping rate for each destination country.
You can click on any item in our shop, then click on Shipping: "more destination". A window "Check the shipping rate" will pop up (please unblock pop-up in your browser if you do not see any window pop up), click on the "Country" dropdown list and you can see a list of destination countries to check the shipping cost. If you do not find your destination country in the list, please do not hesitate to contact us to find out the shipping rate to your country. We ship worldwide.
We will ship through FedEx, UPS, DHL to different destination countries with tracking number. It takes approximately 5 - 7 working days if no delay. If you wish to pay very minimal courier fee, there is another choice of sending your order via China Post (without tracking number is about USD1-2 cheaper each 500g compared to the one that we provide tracking number) However, China Post will take delivery time of 15 - 25 working days. If there is any delay due to custom check, it can take more than 35 days to reach you. The estimated shipping fee in our shop is based on the following courier companies to your destination countries:

It will take 3-5 working days for worldwide shipping normally.
The customs and import issues including any taxes,tariffs and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers. We can dispatch your package as a "gift" or declare the value at a lower price, but we can not guarantee that there is no tax in your destination countries.
We always check all items carefully before packing and try our best to make sure all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we do not accept return of goods sold but we do refund your money back for WRONG ITEMS deliver to you or DEFECT ITEMS (Please take a photo of the wrong item / defect item and email to Bunny). For wrong items sent: Once we confirm that a wrong item has been sent to you, we will refund you the amount via Paypal or you can use for a separate new order (you still have to pay for shipping cost for the new order). Full Refunds: We offer full refund on any wrong item sent, any item that is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. No refund for damage caused during delivery, or loss in delivery, or damaged caused by customer's own fault, or notification given to us only after 3 days you receive the parcel. Please contact us immediately if you receive the parcel with wrong items or defect items.
Yes, your support make us success :) 1st time buyer - We offer $5 cash coupon for 1st time buyer for a minimum purchase above $50. 5% Discount - For all returning customers, you are entitled to a 5% discount on total order amount (not included shipping cost) for all your future purchases (no minimum purchase amount). Reward Points Program - In addition to the 5% discount, you are also entitled to enjoy a further discount on your Reward Points earned. Every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point from us (discounted amount will not earn you any point, eg. Your total order is $100, after 5% discount for returning customers is $95, you earn 95 points). You are entitled to redeem a $10 cash coupon for every 500 points you earn and use the $10 cash coupon for a single order above $100.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED TO MAKE PAYMENT AFTER YOU SUBMIT THE ORDER IN ORDER TO ENJOY DISCOUNT. WE WILL SEND YOU A SEPARATE PAYPAL PAYMENT REQUEST WITH THE DISCOUNTED ORDER AMOUNT.
We will send you the Reward Points you earn each time after we deliver your parcel. Please keep the lastest Reward Points email from us for your future reference. You can always contact us to check your Reward Points.
Unfortunately, we have to tell you that ecrater does not have discount function in the system. We will send you a separate Paypal Payment Request once you click on Submit button to submit your order. You may proceed with the payment once you receive the Paypal Payment Request email from us to pay to Bunny's Fashionland's owner personal account. Please check the discount amount before making payment.
